  • Putting together a detailed document that analyses a brand’s current social media activity, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels, and suggests practical recommendations based on this activity. The plan will include tricks and tips to drive more sales, as well as any specific elements that brand would like me to cover.
  • An in-person meeting (usually around two to three hours) with the brand to discuss the above document, to answer any questions and to show your in-house social media representative/s how to deliver any element of the plan if required.

Daily ongoing social media channel management:

  • Including generating and sharing all social media content; checking and responding to all notifications, including customer questions; engaging with target audiences; growing follower numbers; setting up and running Facebook/Instagram advertising; writing blog posts; setting up partnerships with online influencers; sharing ‘live’ content and producing monthly reports to demonstrate growth and sales leads.

As well as social media marketing, Stephanie offers copy-writing services:

  • Writing copy for websites, blogs, e-newsletters and press releases.

Stephanie is a trained journalist with ten years of experience working in PR and social media marketing for travel companies. Her social media experience includes a role as Head of Social Media at Travel PR agency in London and a job at a social media marketing agency in the USA where I learnt a lot of advanced skills, such as how to use social media to generate sales for businesses.
